Visa fees details for foreign nationals

• Foreign nationals are required to pay visa fee unless they are exempt from payment of visa fee under orders of Government of India.
• All persons applying for the visa at any IVAC in Bangladesh are required to pay Visa Processing Fee (VPF) as per rates indicated below.
• The Visa fee & Processing fee shall have to be paid at the IVAC counter. Foreign passport holders applying for Indian visas are advised not to pay any fee through online payment portal.

CHARGES FOR GRATIS VISA -

In view of the existing bilateral agreements/arrangements, all types of visas are issued gratis to the nationals of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Democratic people's Republic of Korea, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia and South Africa. In respect of Seychelles nationals, all type of visas except for work/employment may be issued on gratis basis (conveyed vide Ministry's circular Email message dated April 01, 2015).
However visa application processing charges - BDT 800, ICWF - BD 330 i.e. a total amount of BDT 1130/- has to be paid at the counter while submitting the visa application.  Visa fees were revised in the year 2022 on 15 May 2022. The last Visa Fee was revised on 02 April 2023.
