Registration for Muktijodhas

With a view to facilitate senior citizens & Muktijodhas who are unable to fill in their visa application forms online -w.e.f 15/05/2017, we are starting a special counter at IVAC Gulshan for assisting the senior citizens & muktijodhas with filling in their application forms online.

The applicant should ensure that all the required documents are provided to facilitate the filling in of the application form.

Documents required for Muktijodhas are –

• Passport with minimum validity of six (06) months & 2 blank pages
• Old passports if any
• One recent(not older than 3 months) passport size colored photograph depicting full face
• National ID Card photocopy
• Utility Bill like electricity bill, telephone bill, gas or water bill
• Proof of profession/Business
• Bank account statement or dollar endorsement of foreign currency equivalent to 150 USD
• Muktijodha certificate – both original & photocopy
• Muktijodha gadget copy.

Documents required for Senior Citizens are –

• Passport with minimum validity of six (06) months & 2 blank pages

• Proof of profession/Business

The service is free of any charge & is an initiative on behalf of High Commission of India to facilitate the submission of visa applications pertaining to senior citizens & muktijodhas who face difficulty while filling in their application forms online.

Kindly Note:

1. The facility is on pilot basis & the service is currently being provided at IVAC Gulshan only
2. The required documents need to be provided to facilitate the registration. In the absence of the same, the registration might not be possible.
3. May we request the applicant to visit the IVAC Gulshan before 11:00 am in order to facilitate the submission of the application the same day.
